Our client wanted to completely finish their basement to create a secondary space for entertaining, a large laundry room, and to take advantage of their remaining full basement for play and storage.

The biggest challenge in this space was hiding all of the utilities—ductwork and pipes. To solve this problem, we ended up designing custom cabinetry and also creating a utility hall that runs behind the washer and dryer.
