Our client wanted to completely finish their basement to create a secondary space for entertaining, a large laundry room, and to take advantage of their remaining full basement for play and storage.

  • The biggest challenge in this space was hiding all of the utilities—ductwork and pipes. To solve this problem, we ended up designing custom cabinetry and also creating a utility hall that runs behind the washer and dryer.
