Highland Bathroom Remodel | Palmyra, NJ

Situated in a historic home, our top priority is updating the bathroom while also maintaining some traditional elements. From a functional standpoint, the footprint of the existing bathroom is impressive. However, the layout does not allow the family to best utilize the space.

We have proposed a considerably more functional layout with updated materials and finishes throughout.

3120 W. Jefferson | Commercial Interior Design | Brewerytown, Philadelphia

Architect: Coscia Moos
Developer: Khosla Properties
Construction: Equinox

After working with Khosla Properties on their first apartment building, they asked SG23 Design to work on their next project—a 32-unit structure in Brewerytown.

The building features 1 and 2 bedroom units as well as an amenity space on the first level and onsite parking.

We still had a Scandinavian aesthetic as a basis and kept neutral rental units with warm woods. In the amenity space we decided to add an accent of navy blue to extend the color palette.

SG23 Design is responsible for selecting all the interior materials, finishes, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, lighting and furniture for the amenity space.

Michael M. Coldren Company | Website Design + Development North East, MD

When I was a designer at Peter Zimmerman Architects I had the opportunity to specify some of the beautifully crafted architectural hardware by this family-owned company. Years later, my studio had the privilege of updating their brand identity and we are currently designing and building their new website.

It’s exciting to work with a company who’s product I’ve admired for so long from an interior design standpoint.

Cinnaminson Master Suite | Residential Interior Design | Cinnaminson, NJ

When this family moved to their home in Cinnaminson, NJ they decided that they would start renovating right away so they can enjoy the home for as long as possible. They realized that they worked for so long on their last home that by the time they started to enjoy it, it was time to move to their next home that better suited a family with children.

While removing some outdated wallpaper was a priority, the biggest priority at the moment is combining the current master bedroom and 3rd bedroom into a new master suite with a walk-in closet and completely renovated and enlarged bathroom!
